I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at CVS Caremark in July 2013.

Interview Details – The interview process was well orchestrated and executed. The company has a good sense of technology regarding the interview and hiring process. Everything was explained fully and the expectations were also outlined. Every manager from HR to Front Store was extremely helpful and very nice. Coordination between HR and the store was excellent too. I was never left to feel unsure about something or a task to complete regarding the hiring process.

Interview Question – Describe a previous job experience when you had to take care of an upset customer. How did you act and what did you do?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Relatively normal negotiations based off of experience and resume.

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 1 week - interviewed at CVS Caremark in August 2011.

Interview Details – very good interview process. it is a panel board, they are very specific in what they expect, but understand every person is different.

Interview Question – are you able to handle quick, but knowledgeable answers to members questions. difficult due to not ever working in a call center environment.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – if they would give me a change, i excel at everything i set my mind too.

Interview Question – They don't really ask difficult questions. Thayer pretty general and typical questions. I used to interview and the interview lasts about 10 to 20 minutes.   View Answer

Interview Details – Very bad, everything was online. You will be lucky to get an interview in person, as now they have moved to more online . I have been told it as not a good place to work from peers who have worked there. They did not recommend it.

Interview Details – Nowadays, many companies ask potential candidates to submit resume online. This process is like tossing a rock into a quicksand, and then straining and waiting patiently hoping to hear a splash. As a pharmacist, once you submitted/completed your application online, get some contact information (emails, phone numbers, etc.) to follow-up. This beats playing the waiting game and reduces the chance that your online application was lost in the shuffle.

Interview Question – How do you address the issue of understaffing when the pharmacy is already understaffed and your current pharmacy staff repeatedly make the same, careless mistakes and expressed no desire to improve?   Answer Question

Interview Details – I just cold called the pharmacy and asked if they were looking for any technicians, and I told them I had a Bachelor's degree and also getting a Master's degree. From there I just was connected to the manger who had me come in for a quick interview, and was extremely easy. I found out then I had the job.

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at CVS Caremark in December 2013.

Interview Details – The interview process was moderate. My interviewer had a copy of my resume and me asked a few questions about my past jobs and what I liked about them. She asked about long term goals and emphasized the importance of responsibility and accountability. She was very casual and laid back which made me relax and feel comfortable speaking to her.

Interview Question – My interviewer asked what my definition of accountability was to me, which caused me to briefly hesitate for a detailed description.   Answer Question
