No Offer – Interviewed in Woonsocket, RI Feb 2013 – Reviewed Mar 13, 2013
Interview Details – Interviewed for this position on 2 occasions. There was no follow up by HR Director or manager with the agency or myself. Having an extensive background in HR from recruiting to generalist activities, I was very disappointed in the entire process. I should have done more research - it is not employee friendly.
Interview Question – An attempt to renegotiate previously agreed upon salary without input from agency on their agreed rate. View Answer

Interview Details – A telephone pre-interview came out of the blue. I had applied online several weeks before finally getting the phone call. More than a week after the telephone interview, I was called and invited to interview a week later. Drove to area manager's store and interviewed--took about 45 minutes. A week has passed since the face-to-face interview and although I asked what the next step would be and when to expect a call, I have not heard from the company again.

Interview Details – You must apply via the CVS website. Calling to advise your desired location that you've done so is always a good idea. If you are called for an interview, it's a pretty standard procedure, standard questions, like "what is an example of a time you helped a customer with an issue", etc. If hired, you will be subjected to background check, drug test, then classroom training before you are officially onboard. Once you are actually working, you will have many online modules to complete in the first 30 days.
Interview Question – Can you work holidays? Seriously. View Answer
Negotiation Details – No negotiation. You are started at a flat rate, period, usually minimum wagr or close to it.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Pittsburgh, PA – Reviewed Mar 6, 2013
Interview Details – Overall interview process very relaxed and quick. I submitted my application to a recruiter whom I met through a friend. I was contacted by an HR representative via phone. He asked some basic questions and I went in for an interview for a different position involving prior authorizations. I had just one in-person interview for this position and was offered a spot, but I turned it down. A few weeks later, the same HR representative called me to tell me that a new clinical department was forming. I went in and was interviewed by two pharmacists. The interview was very relaxed, and there was some behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...") I interviewed on a Thursday or Friday and was offered a job by the following Monday or Tuesday, They were very quick which I appreciated.
Interview Question – Nothing unexpected at all. Example questions: "Tell me how you would handle a patient who is very upset with the company." "How would you help a patient who is having trouble taking their medicine?" Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate my initial starting hourly rate, which was $43/hr. I knew I would take a pay cut coming from retail and was very happy that I would get four weeks vacation to start. My best advice, if you want more money, is to use salary.com and try to negotiate a higher starting rate based on your years of experience.
No Offer – Interviewed in Lees Summit, MO Feb 2013 – Reviewed Mar 5, 2013
Interview Details – I applied and was called a few days later to set up an interview. Went in, she explained the job and talked about the hours and days along with the hiring process. Didn't really ask any "interview" type questions, and said I'd recieve an email on Sunday (I had my interview on a Friday) I never recieved an email, and called for a week before I spoke with her. She told me that they had a transfer take the position.
