Area supervisor took a while to respond to emails. He was alright, asked about expectations with the company, when you are available and if you are willing to relocate. Work ethnics and willing to work 12 hour shifts by yourself. He asked if you are interested in becoming a manager and be a team leader. Their culture is to provide maximum service with the least amount of labor hours. They wanted floaters, part-time and on call pharmacists.

started with a phone interview then met uo with pharmacy supervisor within 2 days. He really needed someone so i was lucky because it was very easy. asked about my educational background and a few knoledge based questions mainly about counseling patients
