Interviewed Feb 2012 in Bronx, NY (took a day)
I applied on line for the Telephone Sales Position. After applying, I immediately received an email from a recruiter about an open interview 2 days later. I attended the interview and brought my resume. When I arrived, there were two other people waiting in the lobby to be interviewed. After a few minutes of waiting, two recruiters came down and brought us upstairs. We were given applications to fill out and were asked to give them our resumes. After filling out the applications, I was called first. I interviewed with the recruiter and he liked me. He said he'd then send me to the manager to interview and coached me on the right things to say to the manager. I then went and interviewed with the manager. He then brought me to the director and since I am bilingual he asked me to answer one of his questions in Spanish. After the interview with the director was over he took me back to the manager. The manager brought me back upstairs and I was handed me a manila envelope. The receptionist told me I would be required to undergo a urine drug test within 24 hours and a background check. He also told me that I basically had got the job pending the drug test and background check. I went and got the drug test the same day. The next day the recruiter called me and extended an official offer and I accepted.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Newark, NJ (took a day)
Employee referral is the key , first the HR person takes your interview and try to demotivate you as much as possible by telling you are you comfortable with going to strangers' homes and being abused and then if you have some motivation left she will send you to a supervisor who takes formal interview ,check your sales skills, your personality and endurance , then they move you to the other supervisor pretty much same thing. at the end if they like you the manager will interview you, and if he is satisfied with your skills he will offer you the position or tell you that they will call you.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
I felt i was treated unfairly because i know i did great on the test bu they claimedi didn't get the score they were looking for.... which i felt was untrue. They waited until 9:20 to start because we were waiting for more people to show up and i was scheduled to be there at 9:00 so when I completed the first test they sent only me home and everyone else got the chance to continue on to the next test!! i felt very confused and singled out!!

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Billings, MT (took 4 days)
I applied online with a cover letter and resume and several days later I received a email saying they had an open house for the position I applied for. On the day of the open house, we waited in the lobby until a recruiter came and introduced himself then he brought us back to the break room for a skills test. The test consisted of several pages of basic technical questions, such as what is rom, what is brain of the computer (cpu) and sorts of that. It seemed to be the first test to filter out the people who didn't know the basic information as some of the recruiters would shake the hands of the low test scores and say they would give them a call.
After the test, I managed to get my first interview with a recruiter/supervisor, he brought me to his desk and asked me about my technical background (which I was happy that he did because it showed me that I had to know something, unlike some interviews I've had in the past), and basic questions about my strengths and weaknesses. He explained to me what I would be doing as a Tech Support agent and answered all my questions, seemed to enjoy all the questions I asked him, really laid back and seemed to be easy to talk to. Actually, had an incident where an employee needed to talk to him and asked me politely if it was okay if he answered his concern. Had no problem, and the employee discussed a certain matter and he was really calm and relaxed about the situation which was great for me as I was use to angry supervisors from previous jobs. Luckily made a good impression and he recommended me for a second interview and gave me a quick tour of the work area.
About three days later I had my second interview with the manager of the tech department. This interview was pretty close rehash of the first one, but more questions about my personality and experiences in school and work. After the interview, I was offered the position and gladly accepted.
Overall, I was pretty happy with the interview, I was competing with over 40+ people for ten positions. Be honest and genuine, and ask as many questions as you can about the job.
