Declined Offer – Interviewed in West Nyack, NY Mar 2013 – Reviewed Mar 15, 2013
Interview Details – First step was a phone interview, the HR person you work with will explain the job and ask you initial questions about your work experience and how you could fit into the position. Next step was an unexpected panel interview of about 5-6 sales managers all asking questions about your sales techniques, work ethic, and willingness to close sales.
Interview Question – Sales Managers will tell you if you do not perform above standards you will be let go in 6 months, you will be asked how you feel about that. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – The people who interviewed me were incredibly rude and seemed to undermine my work ethic, intelligence, and past experience. Before they even began the formal interview questions, one of the Sales Managers asked me if I lied on my resume about my current position, needless to say I was offended. I cannot see myself working with managers who do not believe in their employees from the start, they informed me of how they are always discussing the fact that their current employees are not fully qualified.

Interview Details –
I emailed my resume to human resources and was contacted for an interview less than two weeks later. The recruiter ask me few questions such as why I wanted a new job. She went on to tell me about the position, base pay, and the work hours.
She emailed me a formal application and an online assessment. I was contacted about a week later to come into the office to take some tests on the computer which included a different on the job scenario test and writing sample. You have to pass the first test to be able to take the second test. Both test can be done in less than an hour and half.
After completing the tests I was given an interview date with the recruiter. I interviewed with the recruiter and than interviewed with a supervisor. Both interviews consisted of similar questions.
A majority of the questions where scenario based or describe a time when.
