I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week – interviewed at Cadence Design Systems (San Jose, CA) in August 2007.
They were very through. They asked very technical questions with a lot of theoretical questions. They did not let on to how they were leaning at all during the interview process. They knew they were in the drivers set and did not go out of their way to try to lure me.
