Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Caesars Entertainment (Las Vegas, NV) in December 2012.

Interview

HR screens the applications, but requires buzz words for your resume to reach them. Usually HR person has limited experience in the position they are screening for, but they are mostly looking for culture fit, which is fine. The actual analyst interview goes through a phone screen by an individual with experience and then you go through a gauntlet of some of the smartest and well rounded individuals I've seen at any company. I was impressed.

Interview Questions

  • How would you determine the number of parking spaces a brand new casino/resort should have? Sounds like an easy question, yet no matter how many variables I brought up, the interviewer asked what else.   1 Answer

Negotiation

Little negotiating power as it is a large group with many opportunities. Accept it.
