I submitted my resume online and was emailed by the HR coordinator. After an initial phone screen, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the manager of the department. The next week I went in for in-person interviews where I met with 5 people (including the President of the company) for about 20-30 min. After about a week, I received an offer letter.

I went to the interview and the two people I interviewed with were wearing t-shirts which caught me off guard. The interview was fine and it was short. It was less an interview and more "would you fit in here" process.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at CafePress in July 2012.

    Interview Details

Applied online. Was contacted by the HR. Talked to a senior managment person for initial screening. Then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Offered contract to hire opp and called onsite. Onsite went well. Meet with the backend .net guy, front end designer and hiring manager. All of them looked a good fit and it looked like a fun place to work at. Meet with the VP at the end of the day. Contacted the HR later for feedback and was asked for references then given an offer. However I had direct hire offers come so I decided to go for them and drop this.

Applied 2 months ago, went to first interview a few weeks ago and still no response. Receptionist was nice, but she treats you like just another number. There were several interviewers and a couple were intimidating. I get the impression that people aren't happy working there.
