My first interview was over the phone which is pretty standard. I spent some time going over my experience and how it relates to the role. After this, they decided to bring me in for a one to one in person interview. The second interview was in person with the department manager. During this interview, they basically went over the company and what they did. They then talk to you about your experiences and what they are looking for in a candidate. After some discussion, I was sent home. You only meet with one person. Within the week, I was called in for the final interview. The final interview is a one on one interview with the CEO of the company. During this interview, you speak to the CEO of your skills and how you would apply them to the job position. They really wanted to see if I had the skills to take on the position. After the interview, I went home. About a week later, I got a call back offering me the position. With the offer letter you are required to agree to a background check and also a drug test which were no problems for me. The process was pretty quick.
