After applying for the position online, I received a phone call two days later from the property manager. She noticed on my resume that I had recently worked for the company in a different city, while pursuing my Bachelors degree. We discussed my background/experience briefly, exchanged a few questions, and set up an interview time/date for the following week. I received a phone call 3 days later from her with a job offer.

Negotiation Details
During the time that I was applying for the position, the economic crises was at its peak. When the salary offer was made, I tried to negotiate, but I was told that the company was currently in a pay-freeze. This meant that no negotiations were accepted, as well as promotions for current employees.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

The interview was very professional. The management team were inquisitive and much to the point. They not only were looking for experience, but also look for personality traits that fit with the Camden culture of Living excellence & intergrity. They provided a very comfortable enviroment to conduct the interview. I was very impressed with the way everything played out.
