Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 days)
Talked the recruiters at the career fair and gave them my resume. Went to an info session that night to learn more about the company and talked to the same guys again, I think that really helped showed I was interested. Got a call back a short while later for an onsite interview. Went to the onsite interview and had the same people i previously talked to answered their questions. Got an email a few days later saying I was selected for round 2.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 months)
I met recruiters at university job fair and was called back for an on-campus interview the next day. After a few weeks I received an e-mail stating that I was accepted to second round interviews. I then travelled to the interview where I had to give a presentation on my life accomplishments, went on a facility tour, and had 2 one on one interviews. I was presented an offer about 2 weeks after the second round interviews. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and it was apparent that everyone I met enjoyed working at the company.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2+ weeks)
It was mostly a personal interview (I was expecting it to be a technical interview). There were two interviews over a period of two weeks including the one that included the HR person. There was no information given to me about the company during the interview so I had to call the HR person again during my second interview and ask about benefits etc. There was NO negotiation with anyone before I got the offer.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
Firstly there was an interview of campus with an Engineering manager. Was relaxed and the guy just wanted to get to know me and what I wanted from a career. No personality questions, a bit of technical discussion.
Secondly there was a trip to Houston. First day was a presentation on the company and then a tour of the R&D department, this was followed by a dinner. Sat around and chatted to past Graduate trainees. Second day started early, had 3 interviews back to back, written test on the fundamentals of Material Science, Mechanics of Materials etc. Then we had to give a presentation infront of 3 directors. Then lunch, and finally group task.
Was a bit stressful, but all the Cameron Employees were great. They are very friendly, and showed a genuine interest in our questions.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
Interviewed on campus which was 1:1. This interview was easy and was just conversational/talking about your resume. Got the email to come down to Houston, TX for a second round interview. The interview was very unorganized. It gives Cameron a bad name. I thought that it might have just been because of the HR lady who organized it (or lack there of) but a friend of mine who interned with Cameron before also said that they say first hand how unorganized Cameron can be.
Moving on, the first day the candidates arrived, we toured the R&D facility and then had dinner with employees who were in the middle of the rotational training program. The next day we arrived and the candidates were split into two groups to make the interview process faster. The first group ( which I was in ) went upstairs where we each had three 1:1 interviews with managers. Then we went downstairs where we took a test that was was 7-10 problems over things covered in Solid Mechanics. We were then taken one by one to another room where we did our presentation ( which we were asked to prepare before arriving, this presentation is about you and your achievements ). Finally, we did the group activity where we gathered around a table with a manager who led us through a group discussion/activity in using Cameron subsea equipment to drill an underwater well. Just ask a lot of questions during this part.
Overall, Cameron seems to be an okay company but some people who interviewed the candidates were not very nice and welcoming. Overall, this made me not want to work for the subsea division.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 days)
I got the interview at a career fair at my school. The interview was with 2 engineers with similar background to me. They asked mostly behavioral questions, but did ask a couple of case questions that required knowledge of a couple formulas and algebra. They wrote everything that i said down in a labtop and said that they were going to compare my matrix to all of the other candidates.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Applied online and received a call for initial phone interview by the Human Resources Manager. After that had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager and then was invited for a onside interview. The whole process took about a month but the offer was made in just a couple of days. Everything was very professionally handled and people were really good.Enjoyed my time interviewing with Cameron.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
Was contacted after a career fair for an onsite interview. The company as a whole was outstanding and has lots of growth potential (company and position). Started out with breakfast, gave a 7 minute presentation, lunch and then interviewed with 3 managers separately.
This is an entry-level position designed to rotate engineers throughout the company. The requirements are sound university involvement and a degree. They understand that you have little experience. The interview consisted mainly of behavioral questions dealing with how you get along with others. They are looking for candidates that meshes very well in their community.
Tell me about a project that didn't go as planned? (Answer) Why do you think that happened? (Answer) How did the other team members respond?
Very important: prepare for multiple interviewer styles.
