Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
Was contacted after a career fair for an onsite interview. The company as a whole was outstanding and has lots of growth potential (company and position). Started out with breakfast, gave a 7 minute presentation, lunch and then interviewed with 3 managers separately.
This is an entry-level position designed to rotate engineers throughout the company. The requirements are sound university involvement and a degree. They understand that you have little experience. The interview consisted mainly of behavioral questions dealing with how you get along with others. They are looking for candidates that meshes very well in their community.
Tell me about a project that didn't go as planned? (Answer) Why do you think that happened? (Answer) How did the other team members respond?
Very important: prepare for multiple interviewer styles.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Little Rock, AR (took a day)
I interviewed with a woman from HR and a male employee. They asked the usual interview questions - strengths, weaknesses, etcetera. They wanted to know about my experience working in a group and seemed pretty interested in my responses to those questions. The man also asked if I was familiar with the 'Six-Sigma' concepts. I had no idea what he was talking about. Apparently, they had an informational meeting on our campus the night prior, and I had heard nothing about it. I think that really worked against me, but what can you do? Also, it took over a month for them to get back to me.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 2 days)
As a recent grad, the interview process started with a 2:1 interview on campus. After that, I was flown in on a Thursday afternoon and given a tour of the manufacturing facilities, then courted around Houston for a night out at Perry's Steakhouse with delicious food, great service, strong drinks, and generally a good time. The next day, we met up for breakfast and first was a group skills test, followed by 3 separate 1:1 interviews, and finally a short presentation about myself and what I would bring to the company. After 3-4 weeks, an offer came via email with a lead time of 2 weeks for my decision. Definitely spared no expense from the hotel, the transportation around Houston, nor the food.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
It was a typically interview process. You had to first give a presentation about yourself and why Cameron should hire you. The presentation was followed by 4 1:1 interviews.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Houston, TX (took 3 weeks)
It started with a 2:1 interview on campus at A&M and then it moved straight to the on site interview after that but it took a few weeks to finally hear back from them. On the onsite interview you have to give a presentation about yourself and then do three interviews. It was weird though because I thought the interview when well but apparently it didn't. Very confusing on what they are actually looking for in an employee.
