No Offer – Interviewed in Parsippany, NJ Apr 2012 – Reviewed Feb 9, 2013
Interview Details – I reached out to an HR lead online, who responded by saying apply online. We had a brief call and then I was told before preceding, I would complete a timed, 60 min test by answering a brief case question. That was my second screening. I passed that, and was asked to come in for a day of interviews. From NY, I had to make it out to the boonies of New Jersey by 9am until 4:30pm. In total, I had 6 interviews, a timed Powerpoint re-creation slide to do, and a case interview, which started at 3:30pm. Ugh.
Interview Question – The case was hard - and my brain was fried, especially after getting up at 5:30am to figure out how to get to their NJ office by 8:30am. And I actually had to get up from my little desk and draw on the whiteboard to show him what I was doing. Um, no - for the love of God, please don't torture any more people by making them do that, lol! Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Slightly flexible.
No Offer – Interviewed in Nov 2011 – Reviewed Jan 20, 2013
Interview Details –
I sent a cover letter with resume and heard back rather quickly from someone in HR. A brief phone interview ensued, and a day after that, I was asked to complete a time writing assessment. I was told to complete this within 3-5 business days. I set this as a priority, submitted the assessment, followed up to make sure it was received and have not been able to obtain a response since.
This has gone on for two months. I have called and left voice mail messages and emailed two different people who were involved in the process. I have gotten nothing but silence in response, after setting the writing assessment as a priority which cost me about 60 minutes on a weeknight.
In addition, I was asked to fill out a rather detailed candidate record. This took at least 30 minutes.
Interview Question – The business case was entirely generic and in no way germane to pharmaceutical market research. Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Raleigh, NC Aug 2009 – Reviewed Jan 3, 2013
Interview Details – This was years ago, and I don't know how this has changed. When I interviewed, there was a written test. This test was one where we describe how to approach a project. The test was for written communication skills, I understand. You have to re-take the test in person, so you cannot just have someone else do it. Interviews were in person.
Interview Question – I honestly cannot remember. it has been a while. I do remember thinking the questions were pretty easy. The hardest one must have been basically to indicate how one conducts market research for a pharmaceutical product. I walked through the steps and said how I would do it. I do recall that the written test was probably a grammar and logic test rather than a test of actual writing skills, per se. There was nothing like the BS type questions on how many atoms there are in a chair, how much coffee is swallowed in Denver each morning, or whatever. Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Philadelphia, PA Mar 2008 – Reviewed Oct 22, 2012
Interview Details – This went pretty quickly, as they had a definite, immediate need for someone with my skill set. Phone screening with HR, writing test/sample, phone interview with firing manager, case & behavioral interviews with project maanger and 2 consultants, then final interview with hiring manager. Start to finish in less than 3 weeks.
Interview Question – I don't remember. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Pretty quick. They offered a signing bonus if I started earlier, but that would have required that I give less than 2 weeks notice to my employer, so I decline.d

No Offer – Interviewed in Los Angeles, CA Feb 2011 – Reviewed Feb 26, 2012
Interview Details – I applied through my college for their summer internship. The first round consisted of an online 60-min timed writing assessment regarding and followed by a phone interview. The interview was a behavioral interview asking mainly about my resume, background, strengths/weaknesses, crisis situation, etc. In the end, the company was acquired and they cancelled their internship program for that year. It was rather annoying.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you faced an unexpected crisis/situation View Answer
No Offer – Interviewed in Jersey City, NJ Oct 2010 – Reviewed Nov 26, 2010
Interview Details –
I was sent a case study question where once I clicked the link I had 30 minutes to answer the question. It was basically a question in which I had to help a company decide whether, in the threat of a competitor to its only product, should the company work on new products, or should it spend money on further supporting its current product.
Had I passed this I was told the next step was an in office 30 minute Power Point test.
Interview Question – You are a consultant. Your client, PharmaCorp, has a product that will face a new competitor next year after three years as the only product in its market. The company has asked you to help it decide whether to devote resources to fighting the new competitor or invest instead in new products. Write a brief essay arguing for one approach or the other.
