The HR department is great and I was treated well by the representative. My experience with the IT department interviewers was less impressive. The interview was very brief with two sets of interviewers. I wasn't asked any specific technical questions. One of the interviewers commented several times that I had a wide range of skills and it was amazing how much I had done in 20 years so I thought maybe they weren't asking me questions because they felt it wasn't necessary. I tried to talk about some of the projects I had worked on so they would have something to evaluate but I got a call the next day saying I didn't have enough experience. This may sound like sour grapes but the interview was confusing in retrospect because I have abundant experience in the skills listed in the job description. A waste of time for all. Perhaps it was just a bad fit for other reasons. On a more positive note, it was cool that I was notified, and so quickly.

Talked to the recruiter and hiring manager via phone. Seemed to get positive response and was told they would like me to talk with other team members. Haven't heard anything since and it's been about two weeks. I've followed up with the recruiter and haven't gotten a response. Guess they extended an offer to someone else and don't want to tell me.

I was contacted via phone to set up a phone interview with a recruiter, then they sent an e-mail to confirm the time, day and the person I would be contacted by. I completed the phone interview and was told that after phone interviews they would choose a selected number of people to come in for an interview in person. I never heard back from anyone via phone or e-mail after that.

Very fast. I had spoken with recruiters for them before so it was a very quick process. The recruiter seemed very happy to finally be able to find me a position in their company. I was told that if I could not be there next week I would most likely be passed up for the position. Be ready to move and move QUICKLY if you accept a position with Campbell-Ewald.
