Interview Details – Got brought into a conference room with 2 of the team members, who would eventually be my managers, and got asked a series of standard interview questions. Nothing was out of the ordinary, but they did make me feel very comfortable when they got towards the end of the interview and we started to discuss local sports teams and other non-business topics.
Interview Question – Nothing out of the ordinary - just standard marketing questions. I don't think that there was even a business case question. Answer Question

Interview Details – I left my name and contact information on a drop-box area of their website and received a call from an HR representative a few weeks later about an available experiential marketing position. Communications were nice and pleasant, however it wasn't revealed entirely up front that this would be a temporary job only. The actual interview was conducted as a group where a few suits described the job in full and asked minimal questions in a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Following that I was promptly called back and offered the position.

Interview Details – Talked to the recruiter and hiring manager via phone. Seemed to get positive response and was told they would like me to talk with other team members. Haven't heard anything since and it's been about two weeks. I've followed up with the recruiter and haven't gotten a response. Guess they extended an offer to someone else and don't want to tell me.

Interview Details – I was contacted via phone to set up a phone interview with a recruiter, then they sent an e-mail to confirm the time, day and the person I would be contacted by. I completed the phone interview and was told that after phone interviews they would choose a selected number of people to come in for an interview in person. I never heard back from anyone via phone or e-mail after that.

Interview Details –
SO unprofessional.
A recruiter came to my college campus and held an info session after we submitted our resumes. The next couple days, we received our results and scheduled our interviews. When I went in, she told me she LOVED me and would like me to go in for a second round interview for the account planning program, at the Michigan office. She said these interviews would happen in March, and that I would be contacted as the date approached. She gave me her business card.
However, I was never contacted--I understand things happen and companies can cancel interviews even after they tell you you're through to the next round. But there should have been a notice, or at least a response the several times I tried to contact the recruiter. I e-mailed her twice as the date approached but didn't get a response. What was stranger, the phone number on her business card DID NOT WORK. I then asked my University Career Services if they had been able to reach her. They tried contacting her as well--no response. Why did you come on campus to hold info sessions and on-campus interviews if you were going to disappear? I tried calling the official HR number but could NEVER get through to anyone else either--always voicemail.
You don't tell someone they're through to the next round and then ignore all of their (and the official university's career services) when the date comes! Or have a NON WORKING NUMBER on your business card!

Interview Details – Initial phone interview with an HR assistant lasted roughly 15 minutes and at the end, I was invited to interview the same week. On the day of the interview, I met with 2 HR representatives and 2 Print Production employees. Hypothetical situations were presented and I was asked how I would potentially handle them. Was also asked about my current job and day-to-day tasks and asked to relate them to the job I was applying for. HR called w/i a week w/ their hiring decision. Very friendly people! I felt relaxed and welcomed.
