Canon USA Manager Interview Questions & Reviews

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took 3 days)

Applied via the web, and at first had a phone interview that lasted over 30 minutes. Questions asked were those typical of verifying what you stated on your resume.
Received another call days later to then set up an in person interview with the HR manager.
After successfully passing that, finally I was able to meet with the hiring manager, who after our in depth discussion, obviously did not have the hiring authority unless the Japanese contingent concurred.
That led to a final interview days later with the hiring manager, the person I was replacing and the Japanese representative of the organization.
Items discussed were past experience, what can you bring to the table, non-compete agreements etc.
