Senior Management Position Interview

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Canrig Drilling Technology.

Interview Details – Was interviewed by a fill-in for the job for which I was applying; then by a top level manager with many years of experience; then by another top level manager who had just joined the company. For the position I would be occupying, the interview was a fairly skimpy and unstructured process.

Interview Question – There really were not any difficult, or even probative, questions.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Straightforward, Got what I asked for.

Marketing Manager Interview

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Canrig Drilling Technology in December 2009.

Interview Details – Interview process took really long. It was over a 3 month period meeting with managers, sales folks, vice presidents, and then finally the president. This was then followed up with more phone calls and interviews that were set up. The company took too long and I almost jumped ship before accepting the offer.
