The restaurant was a new store and offering open interviews. I filled out the application for a hostess position possibly a position as a server if they were willing to train. As I sat down for the interview I was asked if I had any experience working in a full-service restaurant. I told the interviewer no and explained that I have four years of management experience in a movie theatre which includes serving customers from the concession stand. I was immediately told that they were not interested, but if they really needed me they might call. I found this to be very unprofessional and rude.
