I applied through other source and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Canto Software in December 2008.

Interview Details – Three interviews with three different people, plus a final interview with the hiring manager. The focus was on practical matters concerning growing the company, its position in the market, strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats. Another area of emphasis was on working in partnership with other companies to grow the market and exploit indirect opportunities for co-marketing and building brand and product awareness and trial.

Interview Question – Most of the questions were fairly straightforward, practical and functional. There was a lot of emphasis on company culture and what I would term "philosophical" issues both in terms of developing and evolving products as well as people and the company's capabilities over time.   Answer Question
