Interviewed Sep 2010 in Minneapolis, MN (took 3 weeks)
Applied online, phone interview with HR a few days later, in person interview 1:1 with hiring manager a week later, offered job by e-mail a week later. Two week wait for HR training class to start.
Capella is creative so don't dress too conservative, brighter colors, bigger jewelry are good. Cubicle culture except for directors. Parking very expensive.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Minneapolis, MN (took 2 weeks)
Initially, the interview process started with a phone screening with the HR person, next the interview consisted of a 1:1 interview with approximately 4-5 panel members, the final interview was on the phone with two managers. The interview questions were difficult and were scenario questions pertaining to a time you dealt with a challenging client, or challenging manager decision.
Everyone was extremely responsive and helpful. You are assigned to a recruiter who keeps in touch with you regarding the hiring process.
The training process after hire is fairly intense. It takes about 3 weeks of training before you are exposed to clients. The people are friendly and always asking if you have questions. It is a team effort to train you properly.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 5 weeks)
I went through four interview sessions with seven different people, all the way the Chief Marketing Officer, who was very bright, articulate, and engaging. Instead of this being just a formality for the hiring manager, the CMO played a much larger role in the hiring decision. Despite all of my best efforts, they chose to move forward with a different candidate.
