Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
The interview was a 1:1 interview with senior managerial level person. The interview as usual started with a general round of self introduction & continued with a over presentation by me about the over all job experience that I have in the field I was currently being interviewed for. I highlighted few achievements in my career. A few questions were asked relating to the technical & managerial aspects relating to the job from both the sides.

Negotiation Details
I am not very much motivated by just salary. I was offered a 60% raise on my current pay. So there was not much of a negotiation that took place. However the pay offered actually below par on what other person in the same level was getting at that point of time in industry & also in the same company i applied for.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Chennai (India) (took 1+ week)
I opted for the interview as soon as I got an email for the position opening by Capgemini Recruiter.
It was to be a telephonic interview. 1st round was taken by Capgemini for a technical round. After clearing this, asked for some more information and some current company's documents. Then they arranged for a client interview which was also some sort of technical interview. After clearing that too, I was asked to appear in a Capgemini office in kolkata for physical verification and their they conducted another technical discussion over phone. Thereafter I received the final offer letter in my email. That was the whole process.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation was out of my scope, since the package was fixed by capgemini only and they were not changing the same. As per the recruiter, the package has been decided by a senior team and that can't be altered.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 months)
Don't ever believe till you get any offer on hand. Pathetic follow ups. All kinds of dramas - carried on till 60 days. I do not even know y do they recruit if they do not have the capacity to roll out the offer after 2 grilling rounds which was close to 75 min each. Never trust them, they cook bull story every time u tend to follow up. Reputation is going bad. Another thing is after clearing all the interview, suddenly or with least intimation they put u to client round where u cannot even gauge anything. Worst n forgetful, pathetic experience. .!!
