Interviewed May 2010 in Mumbai (India) (took 2+ weeks)
The HR team co-ordinated wenl and the process took longer than expected. Negotations were done on designation as well as salary, but not considered. Instead they offered me a joining bonus to get away from the approvals of the process. Decent 32-40% hike is what you can expect.

Interviewed May 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
It was a telephonic interview. The position was for Messaging administrator with good work experience in Exchange server, blackberry and knowledge in Enterprose vault. But the interviewer was more interested in Windows and Vault only. Not even a single question on the main technologies. When I pointed it out, he replied that he is not interested in checking my stong points as if he is taking interviews with an intention that the candidate should not clear the interview. It was a bad experience for me

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Chennai (India) (took a day)
Telephonic Interview followed by Face-to-Face. I attended for as a Vision Plus experienced professional. The panel casually came for the interview. Questions very casually, appeared as if they are doing for the first time. Even they are not sure of the answers. The panel got into discussion before me about some basic concepts, what is right and what is wrong. I happened to settle them down and asked to continue with the discussion. Overall they have asked 5 from each cobol, jcl, vsam etc., The next day, got a call from HR telling me what all the areas I have done better and I have to improve, the explanation was like my annual performance meet with my manager. Then HR keeps calling every now and then, keeps in touch, but doesn't release any offer. Dragged the same offer for 4 months and finally asked me attend one more round of interview. The next one was similar to the first one and after that HR complimented my previous performance review and said will get back with an offer in a week. He called after 2 weeks and said.. he cannot do much than offering a 4.5 LPA which was very less.
Reason for Declining
The pay hike offered was less.

Interviewed May 2008 in Mumbai (India) (took 2+ weeks)
First round of interview was completely technical and it went for about 50 mins. Questions were based on configurational settings and very exhaustive. Second round was by a Manager which had few technical questions and then generic questions on domain.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Mumbai (India) (took a day)
It was a scheduled interview in Mumbai office.
The interview process was consist of 2 rounds. In first round interviewer asked some basic questions on Testing. Also some questions were on the basis of project I have worked on. In Second round, interviewer asked conceptual questions and some of questions related to QA Documentation.
2 nd round was tough as compared to first one.
Next day I received a mail from HR asking me to forward my scanned document and other forms. I did as per instructed in the mail.
I did not hear anything from them after that. I tried calling and asking for the status, to which they replied you have been selected and we'll get back to you soon.

Interviewed Sep 2007 in Hyderabad (India) (took 4 months)
I got a cal from the HR and later was asked to attend a personal INterview. There was a Java and an SQL round. I was asked to create a datastructure of my own and there were other java questions. SQL round was pretty simple. Later I was told that HR would get in touch with me. I was called after a week to join Pune, but I had location preference. SO when after 4 months, there was some opportunity in Hyderabad I joined the company.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Hyderabad (India) (took 3 days)
Inter view was good. They mainly focused on the ones which you include in your resume and they did ask questions to verify if you are the best fit for the position thats available.
Negatives: HR confirmed that I'm through in the interviews and said I will receive the offer letter in a day or two, even after a month I havent received the offer letter when contacted them back they said, another person was ready to work for a lesser salary and hence they released the offer to him, rejecting me.
My Sugession: They should have negotiated with me before they release the offer to other candidates and should have informed me they are unable to release the offer,
