    Hiring process is very fast in capgemini as per my experience i have received my offer letter within a week after my first interaction with the HR, and always they informed you in very advance when you have interview scheduled.

    • Interviewer more interested in showing how smart he was. Stupid questions like ' what was the name of the character in this film ? ' Interviewer concentrated on attempting to trip me up whilst showing how smart he was, Put me down at every opportunity. Asked questions about things that were not on my CV. Sample question : "how would you have converted the factory you worked at in to a lean manufacturing system ?" my response " i have not worked with lean manufacturing so cannot reply", response "you know FA about manufacturing then !" " no - i have 15 years experience". "not much of a SAP consultant are you !" " I am - and have 20 years experience to prove it !"   Answer Question

    The interview and selection process is similar to many big 4 firms. But the recruiting team is great and very aggressive to the business requirements of the client. Good process for screening as uses phone and Skype which avoids the issue of fake profiles for client purposes and internal hiring process

    3 technical rounds and one HR round. Technical rounds are pretty good with conceptual questions covering a broad area of management accounting and auditing. Good communication skills are again very important here as well. Case studies are asked as well in the second round. Third round is mostly behavourial questions based.

    They are really punctual at interview timing. For sure you are going to get someone really experienced as your interviewer. They know what needs to be known to you. Specific question to their needs. They are looking someone with good logical skill rather than theory.
