Interviewed for 1st round on campus with a Partner and an engagement manager. For each interview one case and some fit - personality questions. Same as big 3.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

Initial call through a screening HR person then management interviews are next. The initial HR screening is just more of a formality to check if you meet the requirements. The real interview/s will be with the partners (or the equivalent rank).
They have a good flexible benefit package that allows you to select certain types of coverage... even allowing insurance for gay partners.
