No Offer – Interviewed in Seattle, WA Feb 2013 – Reviewed Apr 13, 2013
Interview Details –
First had a screening phone call by recruiter, then was called back few days later, and invited for in person meeting.
Was given a skills assessment test for the first hour. Consisted of questions regarding maximizing profit, as well as calculating revenue management type of terms. Terms are given and defined, you then have to use given definitions and info to calculate them.
After this 3 people came in to speak with me. Several behavioral questions, questions regarding my work history, and some airline related questions. One part that can cause you to be thrown off is that I believe they have a scale to rank your answer, and so as you answer they will take notes, and sometimes you will see what scores they give you.
After this was finished, I was given a call back a few days later letting me know I have not been selected to move on, so it sounded like there was one more in person/ more informal meeting left after this.
Interview Question – What would you say someone who you weren't on best terms with, would have to say about you Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Chicago, IL – Reviewed Mar 25, 2013
Interview Details – I had an initial interview with recruiter after sending a resume. Initial interview was basic behavioral. After couple of days, they contacted me to come to their Chicago office at the end of second week. Once I arrived at the office, they sent me to the small room where I met with other candidates and some of their staff, it was actually fun. I had 3 back to back 30-minutes interview. One behavioral from project manager, one "fit behavioral" from senior consultant, and one case interview about pharmaceutical company which was very basic (nothing really hard). Overall interviews went very good, and they told me that I would hear from them in about two weeks if they want to proceed with me.
