Interviewed Jun 2011 in Washington, DC (took 4 weeks)
Overall the interview process went smooth. There were definitely many phone interviews up front. I talked on the phone with 5 people including the recruiter who contacted me first. The last 4 phone interviews were with employees who had various levels of experience and time with the company. The second phone interview was with the Principal of the division I was hired into. The phone interviews were followed up by an informal face to face interview with a Senior Manager of the group.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
1 HR Screen followed by a managing director phone interview. Afterwards, 1 director and 1 sr. manager in person interview in the office. MD interview was more for culture fit and was a breeze. Sr. Manager interview was a case study and more around general knowledge on IT processes such as ITIL, SDLC etc.
I couldn't remember the ITIL process names and was not given an offer. Make sure to memorize.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
The interview process started with an initial phone screen with an HR employee. This interview consisted of describing your resume/experience as well as HR related questions. The second interview was a service line phone screen with a Manager from the department you are applying for. The final in-person interview consisted of 2 interviews: behavioral based and a case study. The behavioral based were standard questions. The case study was slightly intense in that they didn't give you anything to read. All of the information was presented orally and you are expected to take notes. They ask you questions and expect you to have a well reason logical solution.
Interview Questions

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
Employee referral, went on to a phone interview and then was invited into the Chicago office for the interviews. Interviewed with 3 people (2 senior managers, 1 Principal) but was purely experience and behavioral. No case interviews despite preparing for one and was finally made and offer in 2 weeks which I accepted.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
Interviewed at a very nice hotel in Washington, D.C. I think they do this to reel you in then they hit you with the low-ball salary offer. I interviewed with three people, PM to VP; very casual, no pressure. They seem to have great benenfits, but the pay wasn't worth it.
Reason for Declining
Only $10K more than my current salary.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
If you go to a top mba school, Capgemini will almost certainly invite you for an interview. Given its 2009, its after the crisis, Capgemini can seem attractive because the dealflow of the company seems to be looking up (according to principals and partners who work there)...to the tune of 400 million dollars this year. Not bad.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Reading reviews of Capgemini and talking to current consultants, it seems the company is a little slow on the promotion process. The last thing you want to do after b-school is feel like you're stuck in your new job and have no where to go.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
