Interviewed Nov 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 6 weeks)
First round was a campus interview with a senior consultant that revolved around cultural fit. The next was an onsite interview day at the Atlanta office that consisted of 2 1:1 interviews with a Sr.Manager and a Principal. The interviews were all resume and experienced based, but this might have been because I did have prior consulting experience in the same industry vertical. Others have had behavioral and case questions.

The offer was negotiable, but you would need to be able to justify it, and even then they did not go up much higher.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Southfield, MI (took 3 weeks)
I got the Interview through a career fair at my university. I went to the booth talked to the employee sitting there, and she told me what they are hiring for and that there is going to be an information meeting in a couple of weeks on campus. Learned a great deal from the presentation, and was very excited to move on to the interviewing process. I was accepted for a first round interview on Campus, and the employee I interviewed with was very knowledgable, and answered all my questions I had for him as well as gave me tips for the second round interview.
A week later I got an email telling me how I was accepted for a second and final round interview at their Southfield office. Went to the second round interview, and was taken to a room where I had 3-30 minute interviews. The interviews were with senior consultants, who asked the same behavioral and situational questions. One of the interviwers was very nice, and seemed excited and interested in what I was saying. The other two interviwers were horrible! I couldnt understand one interviewer, and the other one seemed so conceited. I asked one of the interviewers for his business card and he said he didnt have one and gave me his hotmail email account, while the other one told me he couldnt give me his business card because they were not allowed to.
I got an e-mail from them 2.5 weeks later saying I didnt get a job.
It is a good company and I felt my past experiences and accomplishments would be an asset for them, but I think they thought differently.

Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 3 weeks)
Basic 1:1 interview on-campus. Generic behavioral questions such as what would you bring to cap, tell me how you deal with failures.
Then about a week later I got an email inviting me to the second round. Interview was 3 30 min interviews with 3 different people. Interview was basically all behavioral and I guess my advice would be to study the company before you go, especially for the 2nd round and show interest in what they do

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Met Capgemini at career fair. Followed up with recruiting team. Went to informational session. Ate pizza and socialized. Basically secured interview with Capgemini through networking and speaking with every recruiting member. Interview was like any other interview. The company wanted to get a feel for my personality and how I would react in certain position related situations.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
The first round of interviews were on school campus. The interviewer wanted to know my background and to "take him on a story" through my resume. 2nd round was in-office. I interviewed with to three different people (1 vp). They mainly asked behavioral questions and why I choose Capgemini. The interviewers were very nice but I felt that getting an offer was difficult, especially just coming out of school. They weren't in need of filling many positions and therefore if you didn't have much experience then you weren't going to get the job.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
Very casual. One on one with very friendly current employees. No one too high up, mainly mid level managers. There were three rounds of thirty minute interviews if you were called for the in-office interview after the on campus interview. Interviews were very conversational and not intimidating at all. I really felt like I could be myself. Very positive experience.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
The company took me from the school. It was an on campus interview on my school premises. It had two face to face interviews. The first interview was with HR manager and second with a VP. The questions were all behavioral and related to customer relationship. The ask you a lot about you response to different situation with a client or inside a team.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 6 weeks)
Many questions were asked, however it was said first that there wouldn't be any technical qualifications required for the job and then in second round interviews, I was told they are only looking for someone with a computer science background. The process seemed overly competitive to the point that the company seemed like they were wasting people's time (Over 50 second round interviews given to candidates for 7 positions).

Interviewed Nov 2010 in New York, NY (took 6+ weeks)
Offered a "wait list" interview slot for first round interviews the day before on-campus interviews. Interviewer was pleasant, but acted somewhat uninterested during a few of my stories. Was invited to second round interviews, but the HR manager didn't seem to know what she was doing. She didn't send us the time until a day before. At the interviews, I had one interviewer that was really harsh and told me that I didn't have the technical background to succeed. Then, the other interviewer was really nice and told me that technical knowledge wasn't necessary, just technical aptitude.
