Interviewed Jan 2012 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Met Capgemini at career fair. Followed up with recruiting team. Went to informational session. Ate pizza and socialized. Basically secured interview with Capgemini through networking and speaking with every recruiting member. Interview was like any other interview. The company wanted to get a feel for my personality and how I would react in certain position related situations.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 5 days)
I submitted my resume via my university's website. I was offered an interview. The interview was behavioral with questions that can be answered in the STAR format. This was a consulting job, so make sure you understand how the industry works. Questions like, "what is your biggest weakness" and "tell me about a time..." take up most of the interview.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took a day)
Had two rounds of Interviews with two different people. One was a little technical and the other behavioral. Both rounds went very well. The interviewers seemed very impressed. I was given no explanation as to why I didn't get the job. It's not very clear what the company is looking for in candidates.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took 2+ weeks)
There were two rounds of interview. First round was on campus where i was asked a combination of behavioral and resume based questions. The questions were mostly related to problems faced by groups while doing group work.
Second round was at the corporate office. I had two interviews both of them were behavioral where the interviewers tried to see if i was a fit for the company or not.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 4+ weeks)
I attended my university's career fair, met the people at Capgemini, and secured an initial on-campus interview. Of course, this interview was canceled due to inclement weather closing the university 30 minutes before my interview. I was told that they would contact me about rescheduling, but after a week of not hearing anything, I contacted them. The head recruiter scheduled a phone interview with me. It was about 15 minutes with fairly easy questions. It went well, and I was later scheduled for an on-site, final interview.
They seemed friendly, laid back, and maybe a little bit unsure of the process. Finally, the interviews began, consisting of two 45-minute interviews with senior consultants. My first interview started off well but didn't end so well. We discussed some parts of my resume and why I was interested in the position. He asked some situational "what if" questions. It went well until I got to a question that I absolutely did not know how to answer (even though I tried 3 times). After that, he was very condescending.
My second interview went much better. My interviewer gave me a chance to actually ask questions, we went over my resume and past skills, and he made it seem like I would actually enjoy working for the company (if he hadn't, the first interview would have completely turned me off). He asked me some more situational questions, and before long, our time was up.
The head recruiter told us that we would hear back in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything, I sent a second follow-up email and didn't receive a reply. Finally, 8 weeks after the interview, I got my "we're going in a different direction" email. To tell you the truth, I wasn't upset. They seemed very unprofessional in following up after an interview, and I wouldn't have wanted to work for them anyway.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
The interview process started with an initial phone screen with an HR employee. This interview consisted of describing your resume/experience as well as HR related questions. The second interview was a service line phone screen with a Manager from the department you are applying for. The final in-person interview consisted of 2 interviews: behavioral based and a case study. The behavioral based were standard questions. The case study was slightly intense in that they didn't give you anything to read. All of the information was presented orally and you are expected to take notes. They ask you questions and expect you to have a well reason logical solution.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Atlanta, GA (took 3+ weeks)
the procees was very professional and organized. However, it was difficult to secure initial 1 on one due to busy schedule of executives. the execs were well rounded and with sufficient tenure but seemed rather pressed for hiring the right candidate or finding someone just in time. Nonetheless, seemed like a competent organization but ultimately too big and full of process.
