Phone interview, group of 2:1 interview face to face, drug test. Whole thing took one week. Phone interview 1 hour. Face to face also 1 hour. Drug test.
I was outsourced through an employment agency. So recruiter took care of details including drug testing.
Phone interview was pretty casual. Face to face was also casual. Wore suite, but tie is optional.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.
