Interviewed Dec 2011 in Richmond, VA (took a day)
The process consisted of an initial phone interview by a recruiter who inquired about my interests and experiences, was later directed to an online test which consisted of basic algebra and interpreting charts and graphs. After clearing that I was invited for an onsite interview which consisted of 4 interviews: 2 Behavioral and 2 Case studies. The Behavioral interviews tried to assess your reaction to possible scenarios that one could come across in professional life. Case studies consisted of a business problem
which had to be solved using the given data and asking the interviewer questions about the situation in case. Very open and flexible work culture. The employees seemed very intelligent and professional. The entire process was handled very professionally and efficiently.
