Interviewed Jun 2010 in San Diego, CA (took 1+ week)
Uninspiring. Lots of corporatespeak, no substance. My sense is that if you want a job here be prepared to tow the party line.
I was kept waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time and then the interviewer didn't have a copy of my resume. Disorganized and disoriented. Glad this didn't come down to me making a decision.

Interviewed May 2009 in San Diego, CA (took 3 days)
Original contact made in March - no reply. Personal employee recommendation to HR and hiring manager took 6 weeks to get a response. Told interview was 3 phase process, HR by phone, hiring manager my phone, in person interview. HR side was flawless and pleasant, went directly from HR phone to in person with hiring manager in 3 days. But was told would be interviewing with Sr. Director, who position would report to and instead interview was a team interview (despite HR invitation/confirmation of 1 on 1) and surprise, week before an internal candidate was promoted to newly created manager position and candidate would now report to an unseasoned manger and not a senior director. Not good!

Interviewed Apr 2008 in San Diego, CA (took 2 weeks)
Company expressed interest in talking and set up a phone interview within 48 hours. Phone interview led to a series of 1:1 interviews. Final decision and offer was made within 48 hours of final 1:1 interview. All interviews were cooordinated by the internal HR representative, working with my recruiter. The people I met with were very focused and enthusiastica about the work environment, the opportunity and their desire to build a team of qualified people. The office and facilities are typical class A office space with both cubicles and offices (director level and above).
