The process took 2 days - interviewed at CareerBuilder in September 2011.
Interview Details – For my interview I first had about a 10 minute phone interview and then was asked to come in and meet with one of the hiring managers. During the first interview I met with one manager and also was asked to take a personality test. A few days later I was called in to meet with another manager and the VP of sales. I'd say about 2 days after that i was called with my offer.

The process took 1 week - interviewed at CareerBuilder in August 2010.
Interview Details – Consisted of 2 in person interviews. First interview with the team lead, second with the sales manager. They have you answer 3 short essay questions. Mainly to make sure you can put sentences together. You also have to do some mock phone calls. They provide you a script to follow.
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation phase for this position. Most candidates applying have 0-1 yr sales experience and don't have leverage to negotiate salary.
The process took 1 week - interviewed at CareerBuilder in July 2012.
Interview Details – We went into background of what would make a good sales person. How you fit in with team dynamics and if you are a team player or work better alone. Lots of describe yourself type questions.
Interview Question – If you had to become a team leader how would you organize the team? Answer Question
I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at CareerBuilder in April 2012.
Interview Details – The first step is a phone interview, it was relatively easy, you just have to sound competent and outline your experiences working in an office and with any sort of sales or cold calling. The next step is an in person interview, in my case it was with two of the hiring managers. While the environment seems really fun, I was intimidated by the managers and as it was my first "real" interview out of college I am sure it showed. Overall, it was not a bad interview process but I was definitely thrown off guard by a few of their questions, do in part to poor preparation on my side. If you make it past the phone interview they provide you with a list of possible interview questions, and of course the question I had the weakest answer to was one of the ones asked.
Interview Question – What is your biggest weakness? Answer Question
The process took a day - interviewed at CareerBuilder in November 2011.
Interview Details –
Interviewed with 4 or 5 managers. They liked what I had to say and I got a job on the spot. The idea is to be all about the position you're interviewing for and you'll be fine.
The culture seemed a little frat boyish. But that's okay if you know how to hold your own in a socially competitive environment.
The process took 2 days - interviewed at CareerBuilder in August 2010.
Interview Details – I am conducting the 2nd round interview. The first round was pretty intense and I am looking forward to a positive outcome as a result of the 2nd round of interviews.
