I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Caring.com in June 2011.

    Interview Details

I sent in my resume in response to an online post. They replied quickly with a skills/logic test that filtered for quantitative and general web knowledge. The test was very difficult, but I don't think anyone gets everything right. After they reviewed the test, I discussed the questions on the phone with the hiring manager and then was asked to come interview in person. The interview consisted of four 1on1 interviews with people I would be working closely with. There was a small amount of follow-up before they presented a formal offer.

    Interview Questions
    • The skills assessment was very difficult. It's quantitative in nature, but demands really close attention to detail and your ability to use the internet to find answers.   Answer Question
