Difficult Interview

Ad Operations Specialist Interview

Ad Operations Specialist
San Mateo, CA

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Caring.com in June 2011.

Interview Details – I sent in my resume in response to an online post. They replied quickly with a skills/logic test that filtered for quantitative and general web knowledge. The test was very difficult, but I don't think anyone gets everything right. After they reviewed the test, I discussed the questions on the phone with the hiring manager and then was asked to come interview in person. The interview consisted of four 1on1 interviews with people I would be working closely with. There was a small amount of follow-up before they presented a formal offer.

Interview Question – The skills assessment was very difficult. It's quantitative in nature, but demands really close attention to detail and your ability to use the internet to find answers.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – You can negotiate here. As long as you can demonstrate value you can ask for more.
