I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Carlsbad Medical Center in November 2013.
Interview Details – Was contacted by a headhunter who misrepresented the position with a "ghost" signon/relo offer! that was the first step in this interview. Second ,was referred to a (CHS) Community Health Systems, Inc. recruiter who did not know anything about the specifics of the position. Typical situation where the recruiter/HR has zero idea what the job entails or even a pay scale!! Was basically lied to about the original listing and the clinical manager said the position was not what even was listed on indeed. CHS recruiter said that Indeed.com listing are old and CHS only lists on careerbulider.com. as of this post there is only one Carlsbad Medical Center! Not this position. So, needless to say stay away from Carlsbad Medical Center and the regional/ three city recruiter.
