Interviewed May 2011 in Paris (France) (took 1 week)
I applied online. They called me for an interview in Paris. I was already living in France so it was easy to get there. They did not offer any sort of transportation compensation (like many other companies that I interviewed with). There office was very difficult to find because the google map directions are wrong. I was interviewed by two women and they asked me questions about my resume, my goals and they gave me a couple of situational questions. The interview lasted about an hour. They called me within the week and offered me the position.

Reason for Declining
I had another offer that I liked better. The main reasons I declined were that they were located outside of Paris and the corporate culture seemed a bit up-tight.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

when i just finished my college, the company was hiring at the same compus,. i had the chance to apply and be accepted. the interview was in frensh and the compagnie was looking for profil who can manage a team , be part of the sell, and be productif as soon as possibl,
the first interview was like a presentation that was required to present my studys my background and to show my skills as spoking-frensh-economico-language person., i passed it.
second one, was an interview with a jury composed from 3 responsibl peaple (managers) from the same companie, i had to answer to a lot of pluridisciplinary questions,. some of the questions was as sitted below:
what can u describ as your biggest weakness and power?
how did you choose your school?
why?
if u have no choice just to fire a personnal working in your team,will you do that?
what can be the cause for you to leave our companie if u ever needed to?
i want to note that these kind of questions are definitly not a direct type, they are not looking for the answer but the meaning behind your answer wich is a representation of the interest for them, concidering that this kind of companies are looking for a PERSONNALITY and a personne to TRUST beside the school or the diploma.
so be subjectif attentif and answer with a smart way.
