Interview Details – Applied online beginning of February was contacted by HR about a month later spoke to HR about 20 minutes, was told I would get a call about setting up a interview. About 2 weeks latter a interview was set up with the market manager. Waited about another 2 weeks to get confirmation that I had the job.
Interview Question – Mainly asked about my greatest strengths and weaknesses. A few what would you do in this situation questions. Very detailed interview, both Market managers were experienced and knew what they would ask next. Interview Details – I applied on line through Career Builders on a Saturday. The following Monday I received a phone call for an interview. I was quite surprised to receive a phone call so fast, but very happy. I interviewed with 4 Market Manager at one time. I was not expecting that, I thought I was only interviewing with 1 person. But that did not bother me. The interview went very well, they were very professional and had a lot of great interview questions. After a few days had past, I was set up for a second interview with the Operations Director.
Interview Question – A lot of the questions they were asking were "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle it.", or what were your responsibilities as a manger at your previous employment? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The number one negotiation was of course about money. I did not want to step down from what I was making previously. They were able to honor my previous salary.
