Interviewed May 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took 2 days)
I got a call from HR and answered to general questions.
The minimum requirement is an AA, AS degree.
Then an interview with the Test manager with technical questions.
Finally, an electronic test. If you know electronics and basic computer skills then you should pass the test.
HR and manager are very friendly.

If you made more in your previous job then you can ask for a little bit more.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
