Interviewed Mar 2011 in Nashville, TN (took 6+ weeks)
Phone interviews with 3 individuals in the business plus HR. Then an onsite case study, 3 hours of prep plus 1 hour to present.
Very disorganized group. All candidates do a case study of some sort, key to their recruiting strategy, however the "audience" didn't appear to have read through the study prior to the presentation. They would also go in and out of "character" from the groups they were supposed to represent. Expectations were very poorly defined, as a "shopper" plan was asked for but became clear a "customer" plan was desired.
Company makes zero effort to sell you on them. In 2.5 hours of phone interviews maybe 30 total minutes were allotted for the candidate to ask questions. For the onsite 3 or the 4 hours were sequestered in a room solo, 1 hour was to present. No opportunity to ask questions, no market tour, nada.
Probably as entertaining as any other agency to work for, but extremely disorganized and apathy towards selling candidates on the organization is puzzling. Probably not a good fit for anyone who has worked in marketing in any medium sized plus organization.
