Interview Details – Traditional interview process, first round generally with HR or volunteer. 2nd round is with trained interviewers in the group that you are being considered for. Following the STAR or similar method is best to crack the interview, but focus on making a connection with your interviewer. Generally, a host is assigned that will take you around the town, have lunch/dinner with you, and answer questions about the company. Take advantage of that opportunity!

Interview Details – Started as an intern, worked my butt off and got hired at the end of the summer. Interview was a day long with 3 separate people. It was intense, but was more laid back because I had met everyone during my internship and could refer to familiar experiences.
Interview Question – It's all experience-based questions... "Tell me about a time when_____." Fill in the blank. These are like "when someone on your team wasn't pulling his weight." or "when you had to solve a problem given limited time/information." You are expected to recall such an experience and give a reasoned response in how you solved the problem. Answer Question

Interview Details – Got a call one day for a quick phone interview, had an in person interview with 2 managers the next day. They hired me right after that interview. The day of the interview I took a tour of the factory and learned about what types of components I could be working on. I also met with some of the designers in the group I would be working for and learned about the job.

Negotiation Details – No negotiation really. I am contract and my company did the negotiation. They wanted a lower salary based on my GPA.

Interview Details – Interview Process was fairly simple. Phone interview conducted by immediate supervisor where most of the technical questions are covered. Questions linked to job applied for and work experience on your resume. Interview starts off with a brief background from the Hiring manager followed by a few questions. Answers preferred in the STAR format.
Second round is at the work site conducted by 3 or 4 supervisors - mostly behavioral questions. Definitely required to answer questions in the STAR format.
Simple questions just be clear and concise.
