Applications Analyst II at Catholic Health Initiatives

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Englewood, CO Sep 2011 – Reviewed Jan 18, 2012

Interview Details – Multiple phone interviews with recruiter, manager, various application groups, and directors. Company is relatively thorough, including background checks, reference checks, and drug test. Interview process takes a very long time given the number of people you'll need to interview with, and the recruiters are very busy, so check in with the recruiters often to keep things moving. Make them aware if you have other offers pending, as they will likely be slower to move than anyone else you're interviewing with.

Interview Question – Be prepared to be able to explain how your current co-workers would describe you.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Negotiation is possible within reason; clearly support the reasons you're targeting a particular salary, etc.
