There were three rounds to the Catlin recruitment process. The first was a forty minute interview examining standard competencies and my motivation for joining Catlin. The second stage was held at their London offices and comprised an extended in person interview with a member of the underwriting team and a HR representative. We also completed some standard SHL tests to confirm the legitimacy of our online test results from the application stage. The final stage was an assessment centre which covered a logic test, in person interview, group exercise and in tray exercise. There was also a lunch break where we were given the opportunity to ask existing members of the graduate scheme questions about their experience with the firm.
