Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 8 weeks)
Applied on-line. Didn't receive a response for two months. Then, the company requested an updated profile on their site with some specific points. Two weeks later, received an offer for an interview at the job site. Interview was a panel type consisting of the Manager, Program Manager, and another security representative. A week after, a telephone interview was conducted with local representatives and with HR. The job was offered upon successfully completing a medical review and drug test. After completing that, salary negotiations took another week and finally the job was officially offered and accepted.

Negotiation Details
Very automated. When asked for the electronic format, do not skimp on details. Even though a resume and a profile was previously done. The electronic questions are used by HR to determine the level and salary range. The process was fair.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
