Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)

The interviewer I met with was very sweet, cute and bubbly but definitely unsure of herself and what she wanted in a new team member for her department. I was slightly leery of taking the job due to her lack of understanding of the company's future plans. The interview was all over the place with no real structure, no behavioral questions nor was anything documented. There was no discussion of benefits nor a job description shared. I was not 100% impressed but took the job because the pay was great, I had alot to offer and felt I could work very well with the team there. When your gut tells you something is amiss, always listen to it.
