Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 2 weeks)
I started with Centene as a temp in their Nursewise dept and was told that the position would be permanent but the position is moving to another state. I interviewed with the member services department that was similar to the one I'm in (we usually assist member services if they are overflowing with work)

Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 2 days)
Interviewed with 2 managers from different departments at the same time. They asked me some very easy technical questions, followed by many more behavioral questions.
Next interview was with an HR rep. Asked me purely behavioral questions.
Next interview was with a manager from another department. Asked me to briefly introduce myself, then talked to me at length.
One of the manager couldn't make it, so we scheduled a phone interview for the next week. Didn't ask me any technical questions, asked questions about whether or not I thought I was a "good fit" for the position.
I got a call from the people doing the background check after the interviews, so I figured I was going to get an offer, and a few hours later, I got the offer.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 days)
I first met with two managers that discussed the position and asked some of the standard "out of the box" psych type questions. This went very well. A couple of days later I met with another manager, whom I believe was over the first two; not sure why they all have the same title. This also went very well. I emailed the head "manager" a few days later to follow up and was told it would be two weeks until a decision was made. Two days later I received a "we went with someone else" email from their HR department. I was very disappointed as it was truly a perfect fit for my skill set and the interviews went as well as possible. I have never had an interview go this well and not be offered the position (there were two openings). No clue as to what occured.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
i had interviewed with this company about 6-8 months prior to being asked to interview again for another position. The first time I interviewed, i got no feedback re: the outcome. I found out later that the company decided to fill the job with a social worker instead of a nurse.
The second job I interviewd for was "positive" and I felt very good about the prospects. I was contacted by phone by the HR person who told me "the interview went VERY well " and asked for my references and two of them were contacted immediately. That was over a week ago and i have heard nothing re: job offer, decision to go with another candidate, etc. I find this process very discouraging and disappointing.
I miss the good old days of business manners.

Interview questions were behavioral based. Easy interview. It doesn't seem like the company has a great interviewing/recruiting process.
