Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
Very easy interview. Had to go through a lot of situational questions and what if scenarios. Interviewer was very honest about the pros and cons of the particular position. Interviewer didn't sugar coat anything and cover up any problems that might arise while on the job. Interview took place in a small office and staff.

Very easy interview, just asked if I was capable of driving a stick and didn't even ask for a resume.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Nashville, TN (took 2 months)
Hiring process is too lengthy. They first have your potential peers interview you first. Upon their recommendation, the department manager interviews you next. You wait weeks to find out if you've advanced to the next stage which is being interviewed by the hiring manager's peers. You invest quite a bit of time and they lead you believe you may receive an offer but follow up in terrible in that they never tell you if the positon is filled. In the end, you feel very disrespected to have invested hours of your time and don't get the courtesy of letter telling you they have chosen another candidate.
I was left with a very bad impression of company. Employees elude to tough working environment and need for process improvements. Office appears extremely dated, poor lighting and overall depressing looking environment. Also located in one of the worst traffic congested areas of Nashville.
