Very simple. Put application online and call in and Interviewed and was offered the job. However usually at this company I've noticed you basically only can get hired if you know people and get referenced.

How would you handle a difficult upset customer?
Negotiation Details
Negotiate High. He asked what I thought would be fair... I said 12.50 an hour and he said that's great! Doh!

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Drug Test.
