Applied for the job. 3 Managers interviewed me; 1 Supervisor for the unit, 1 Manager for Lead Teachers, 1 Lead Teacher and a parent of the childern in the school.. After completing the interview, another staff from central office went over policy and procedure, then went for finger printing and a drug test. Then went for another background check with Chid Protective Services. Long drawn out hiring process for low paying job.
