The interview was very laid back. The man who interviewed me seemed somewhat unprofessional. When I asked when he began interviewing, he said "last August", but the position was not posted up online until several months after. I got the rejection rather quick, though. The contents of the letter seemed copy-pasted.

The interview process was pretty smooth. It started with a light phone interview and proceeded into a face to face interview with a DMM and one of the owners of the company. It then proceeded into a follow up interview with the other owner and another DMM. The interviewees were comfortable to talk to and nice. I would suggest that if you get interviewed at Century 21 that you know and understand who are you are meeting with and the company history.

This is Century 21 near West 66 Street, New York, NY. You go in you tell a worker you came in for a interview they direct upstairs in a back room where the employers/ managers are and they give you a Math test sheet to test your ability to calculate, I'm guessing for the Cashier part of the job. After you finish and the other group is finished they call a group of about 6 and ask you a few questions.
Questions to the group:
Introduce yourselves and name one thing we wouldn't know about you by looking at you?
Name one time you went out of your way for a customer/stranger/ co worker who is not a friend?
Name one time you think you put a lot of effort in your work?
Describe a time when you provided excellent customer service.

Well I interviewed with the Store manager and she just asked basic background questions and my knowledge of the brand. The interview took no longer than 10 minutes. Also there was a basic math test, just to show if you can add and subtract. No crowd of people interviewing, it was just me and didn't have to wait at all.

Internships are very hard to get, but this was great since it was a paid one. The interview process was very simple. Received a phone call, set up a meeting time. Had to go in to fill out application form and meet with a human resources staff. Very friendly and asked about available times to work, why do you want to intern here, what are you looking for from this experience.
