I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Cequint in September 2011.

They each have their own test to access your ability for the job. Basically each test was how would you go about a test plan for their main product, callerID.
Interview Question – How would you test out a handset to be capable for the City ID application. Answer Question
Software Integration Engineer Interview (Neutral Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Cequint in August 2011.
Interview Details – The hiring manager saw my resume in their system and thought I was a very good match. She contacted me by email to set up an initial phone interview.
