Interview Details – A standard series of video intros followed by a corresponding 3 question review quiz for each afterwards to test a potential employee's listening and typing skills.

Interview Details – You apply online and go through all the training videos online before they let you log in to work. There is a preliminary test to see if you're smart enough to be a guide, then there is a test after training to make sure you can do the job you've been trained for.

Interview Details – You simply applied online and then they made you watch videos and answer questions.Once you pass that they have you do the actual work and test you to see how well you do.You will have 10 questions for the actual job helping customers.Once they grade you on that they will send you an e-mail notifying you that you got the job.

Interview Details – I was called via a recruiter to come interview at ChaCha. It was a VERY easy interview. One phone screening for technical aptitude and then met with two people in-person for the 'normal' interview questions.

Interview Details – I applied online with the intention of becoming a voice transcriber. At the end of the application, I was presented with the options for positions, and only vetter was available, so I picked that. Immediately after reviewing all the orientation and training material, I received an email saying I was supposed to take a test, which I did. 10 Vetter questions. The next day, I was in and working.

Interview Details – You're first required to take some courses to learn the basics about the system you'll be using, them some courses on how to best use the system and etc. Then you'll take the Skills Test which is a simulation of 10 real questions, and you'll get the results in a few days.

Interview Details – ChaCha presents a series of videos instructing you on how to be a guide. They then have you answer a series of questions AS a guide to test your ability to work as a guide. It is a very simple process - ChaCha is not at all picky about who they employ, because they know they are paying peanuts.

Interview Details – Phone screen with HR recruiter, moved on to on-site interview which was a one on one type of situation and then on the same day they brought in two more people I would be working with. Never actually met the manager until my first day.

Negotiation Details – No negotiations. I tried but they weren't budging. They force you to take a salary that is low.
