Hiring manager called directly. He is professional yet personal. Invited me to onsite interview where we discussed his requirements and mine. He is most forthcoming with all my questions and disclosed all that he could. He had one area he needed more focus, which I lacked. He personally called to notify me of updates and his decision. Overall this interview experience is much better than most.

I first met them at a career fair at my university. I had a short interview on campus with them, followed by a longer interview in the main office in Oakland. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend working with Pankow as an intern.
